This year, we will be offering an early bird registration fee of € 550, plus VAT, for those who register before 14 September 2018.
Later registrants will be charged € 595 plus VAT.
The registration fee includes conference entry and materials, refreshments, lunch and dinner.
You will receive an invoice after we have processed the details of your registration.

Delegate cancellation information
No cancellation charge is due if registration is cancelled by 5 October 2018. Cancellations made after that date will incur a charge of 50% of the registration fee. For cancellations made after 19 October 2018, the full registration fee is payable.
Cancellations must be made in writing. This can be done by post, fax or email. For cancellations made by post, the date of the post mark will determine the cancellation date and, therefore, any deduction applicable.
If you can no longer attend but wish to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us. We will gladly accept replacement delegates at no extra charge.
Replacement speakers and event cancellation
Should a speaker be unable to attend at short notice, by reason of force majeure, illness, accident or other circumstances for which Ricardo Deutschland GmbH cannot be held responsible, another qualified person will be appointed to the exclusion of any claim for compensation. Should the event be cancelled altogether, we will of course refund the registration fee.
